We at Moralis are honored to share that ChainGuardians are joining the 2021 Moralis Hackathon as an official partner!
ChainGuardians – Official Partner to the 2021 Moralis Hackathon
It’s a great honor for us at Moralis to unveil ChainGuardians as an official partner to the 2021 Moralis Hackathon. The hackathon, which is open for participants now, will run until June 15th, 2021. Moreover, the Moralis Hackathon will see developers compete for a total prize pool of $50,000 in developing tomorrow’s dApps!
”We’re thrilled to sponsor the Moralis Hackathon and support innovators building with Moralis. We recall a time when we were early into development, and Moralis would have helped us significantly,” said Robbie Cochrane, Co-Founder of ChainGuardians. ”Hackathon rewards like these would also have given us a big boost – we’re very happy to now have a part in presenting this opportunity to aspiring developers.”
”Moralis really is a revolutionary tool for Web3 and dApp development,” added Ivan on Tech, Founder of Moralis. ”We couldn’t be happier that ChainGuardians recognize Moralis’ transformational potential and that they want to be a part of this hackathon that promotes devs who buidl.”
The 2021 Moralis Hackathon’s total prize pool of $50,000 will be divided among three hackathon winners. Specifically, following the hackathon’s June 15th deadline, a jury will select the three winning projects. The team that comes first will receive the 2021 Moralis Hackathon’s grand prize of $30,000. What’s more, the project that comes in second place will receive a runner-up award of $15,000, while the contribution that comes in third place will win $5,000.
The only requirement for teams that enter the 2021 Moralis Hackathon is that they will use Moralis. Moralis is a free, fully managed, and infinitely scalable backend infrastructure for Web3 application or dApp development. Moralis frees developers from the hassle associated with setting up and manually managing traditionally complex Web3 backend infrastructure. The result? Developers can build great Web3 apps quickly!
ChainGuardians Hackathon Example Use Cases
Anyone enrolling in the 2021 Moralis Hackathon is, of course, completely free to build whatever project they themselves would like to create. Nevertheless, we strongly encourage participants to use our official partners’ tech when planning their projects. Moreover, we recognize that a bit of inspiration goes a long way. As such, we have put together a short inspiration summary with example use-cases for anyone looking to build their Moralis Hackathon project with ChainGuardians in mind.
