Our Environmental Policy
Making the right decision for today and tomorrow.
We at Moralis firmly believe in the sustainable use of resources. The need for traditional corporate sustainability is, of course, greatest among companies that deal with polluting physical manufacturing processes, utilize labor-intensive supply chains in developing nations, or deal with complex global logistics networks that drive greenhouse gas emissions. Moralis is engaged in none of this, so why do we have an environmental policy? The reason is that we are convinced that we can be a force for good in the industry.
Sustainability at Moralis
To us, sustainability does not merely relate to ecological challenges. We believe sustainability is inextricably linked to a business’ long-term well-being and competitiveness. As such, we view it as absolutely vital for Moralis’ continued competitiveness to be at the forefront of all the major areas of sustainability; environmental, social, economic, and human.
Social Sustainability
Social sustainability issues are inherently difficult to quantify, but we continually work on how to improve social sustainability both within our company as well as through Moralis’ relationships with business stakeholders. For example, a practical example of our work with social sustainability is our comprehensive drive for greater diversity. This is represented through the varied makeup of the Moralis team. Specifically, the Moralis team spans the globe, and our employees stem from a variety of different backgrounds. We view diversity as an integral part of social sustainability and believe our heterogenous team provides a competitive advantage that permeates our business operations. We celebrate diversity and actively promote cultural exchange within our company.
Additionally, we continually strive towards improving our social sustainability. This extends to improving the social impact of all Moralis stakeholders. A part of this is our ongoing work with human sustainability and how we work to retain and promote the existing human capital within Moralis. Lastly, we also aspire to better understand the social impact that our products and technology have on end consumers and make efforts to ensure that this social impact is a positive one.
